Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Karnal, Haryana
• Working Hours: 9:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Karnal customer needs and provide expert guidance on educational programs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into enrollments and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Stay updated with industry trends to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Preferred: Education, Marketing, or Business Administration).
• Experience: 1 - 5 years in telesales, telemarketing, or educational counselling in Karnal.
