Job Responsibilities

• Develop structured lesson plans and educational materials

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Guide students in subjects like Math, Science, and English

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Math, Science, and English
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience in Kharagpur is a plus
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Locality knowledge of Kharagpur WB Areas
• Ability to assess student progress and provide feedback
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching
• Bachelor?s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• English, Hindi and local language or Kharagpur should be write and understand.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
