Job Overview

We are looking for Admissions Counselors in Bolangir, who are highly customer-focused and enthusiastic about thriving in an innovative business environment. As an Admissions Counselor, you will generate leads, engage with new and existing learners, understand their needs, and facilitate smooth enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads for various upGrad programs in collaboration with renowned institutes like IIITB, NMIMS, IMT,  Business School, IITM,  Business School, and MICA
• Provide detailed information and counseling via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Identify new opportunities through referrals from the existing customer base in Bolangir, Odisha.
• Update lead discussions and conversion details in real-time using CRM software.
• Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management protocols.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and secure sales revenue in Bolangir.
• Maintain consistent communication until the learner is successfully onboarded.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate/PG.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome).
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage time flexibly and work with customers from Bolangir, Odisha.
• Mandatory: Must own a laptop.
• Personal Traits: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, open to learning, patient, and compassionate.
