Job Title: Teacher Assistant – Commerce (Economics & OC) 
Location: Jalpaiguri, West Bengal
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Type: Full-Time
Education Required: B.Com / M.Com / B.Ed (Preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics and Organization of Commerce (OC) for Std 11 & 12 as per the syllabus
• Prepare lesson plans, test papers, and conceptual notes
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions to boost Jalpaiguri student engagement
• Regularly track student progress and conduct revision sessions
• Collaborate with Jalpaiguri academic staff for curriculum planning and delivery

Key Skills Required:

• Strong subject knowledge in Economics and OC
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to conduct engaging, student-focused lessons
• Good classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and digital teaching tools knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with syllabus and board exam patterns of West Bengal
• Experience with doubt-solving sessions and mock test series
• Ability to create digital content, notes, and study material
