We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an After School Youth Program Membership Outreach & Registrar. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community to promote our youth programs and manage program registrations.

The key aspects of this role include outreach to increase program membership, handling program registrations, maintaining accurate participant records, and providing excellent customer service to families.

• Conduct outreach activities to promote youth programs in Columbia, South Carolina.
• Manage program registration processes efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate participant records.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to families about the programs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth program operations.
